hey i am definitely interested in ordering something. i am trying to build a 250mW red laser. i have the module but it comes with come plastic junk lens i was wondering if you could recommend somewhere to buy one of them. also are the flexdrive or the micro boostdrive absolutly needed im just wondering im new at this. how do i order things from you?

For a single battery configuration like most of my kits, you need a FlexDrive or a Micro Boost...

There are also sellers on LPF for certain diodes. Check the BST section. I know that daguin and Pontiacg5 sell 445's. You may check with scopeguy20 as well...

Yes that's the old 4171 pictured...
Either version heatsink will fit it. Version 1, or version 2.

That driver can be made to work, but has a switch on it. Which would need to be bypassed if using it for an MXDL build...

I think you will be better off using a FlexDrive for that diode, and 3 X Energizer e2 lithium primaries...
Express Mail International is kind of expensive. They say 3 to 5 business days with tracking as well. It's about $30 bucks. First Class mail is much cheaper, but no tracking...
