What size is the set screw? One of my heat sinks is missing it. As luck would have it, it is the last one not in a finished laser that I have here. I can't easily pull one to take to the store with me

No problem. Thanks for the offer. However, one screw isn't worth the postage. I go to the hardware store all the time.

Also, using the sku.4171, you could just use a rechargeable lithium 18650 battery (3.6V) if you're planning on using a FlexDrive driver, and that'll do just fine, as well as be rechargeable.

The 4171 host will fit an unprotected 17670 if you want a single 3.6 volt battery. You will need a FlexDrive for this configuration. The protected 17670 is a little too tight at the end where the protection circuit is...

whats the difference in size between aixiz and meredith? say i have an aixiz heatsink and i want to upgrade to meredith glass?

The AixiZ heatsinks are drilled out with a 15/32" bit, and the Meredith heatsinks are drilled out with a 1/2" bit.

The other way to make it work, is to machine the Meredith barrel down to the same size as an AixiZ. I have done this to fit a Meredith into a Leadlight!
