Your work was amazing on these I think the driver configuration and setup on these little guys is awesome.

I'm going to use one on the 457nm diode that I've been babying for the last few months.

Fixed the paypal links - someone pointed out that they weren't edited to reflect the free shipping (until Saturday). They should work now - $75 and no shipping cost added by paypal.

Well, it's not like I haven't already spent enough money already today, BUT, I'm in for 2.

money sent, $155.00 CAD, and sent as Payment Owed, so you don't have to eat the paypal fees, cause I know I don't have to worry about you.

I'll PM you my shipping info again too, just in case you don't have it anymore.

lol - it looks like the Chinese had the same idea

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/ws/eBayISAPI....E:B:SS:CA:1123

FYI - I'm now adding a little bit of heat-tolerant epoxy between the PCB and module, so that the diode pins aren't responsible for sustaining any "push/pull" that you may exert on the module while fitting it into your heatsink.

You will certainly need a heat sink, but other than that, C3s work great with these modules. I've built two lasers for my personal collection using them

You'll need the C3s that use 2x AA, or if you're going single AA size, you would need the cells to be 14250 (and it's a tighter build)

here is a similar host that Jayrob is currently offering as a kit (with heatsink)
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/aurora-...-1-18650-32563
im assuming that would work as well?

also do/will you offer 405 diodes in the "mosquito" kit?
funny, i dont seem to find anyone offering 405 modules
thanks!

I'm looking for this one :
UltraFire U4-MCU Cree Q5-WC 3-Mode 230-Lumen LED Versatile Flashlight (CR123A/18650/18500/AAA) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme

I don't know if it's good host for the module. If there anybody who use it ?
The advantage for me is the availability from UK, faster ship.

That looks like it would be a good option if it runs on 2x 16340 (CR 123). Needs a nice heatsink of course.

Yes it's run with two CR123 or one 18650, what's better ?
For the heatsink i will manufacture one when i will have flashlight, for adapting. I come from the order on DealExtreme.

With that host, you have to run it 2x CR123 to get the voltage required for the driver.
