Yes! I have a CRF450R. We mostly ride up in the national forest... Stonyford.

This is a nice green kit that offers good heatsinking and easy assembly or change out if necessary...

Thats awesome! I have a KTM 525 EXC and I ride all over the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

Im sure you have the price in this thread somewhere but how much would the kit with the lens cover cost?

The recommended kit with the custom front piece and dust cap is $75 plus $6 dollars shipping.

Shipping: Out of U.S. buyer assumes responsibility at that price. It should not be a problem though... (I would mark the package as a gift, with a description of 'LED Flashlight' with a low value of $15)

There is a $20 dollar discount option that does not include the custom front piece and dust cap, but instead uses the glass lens from the flashlight.

This does take a little bit of power away from your green module, and causes some side reflection that can be seen in the dark...

See the first post of this thread. :)

I have the parts on hand! PM me if you want one...

Slugo, I sent your DIY Green kit today. (Wednesday)

It's a very easy assembly, you can use the 1st post in this thread as a tutorial. You can see a picture of how to by-pass the switch on your module there, as well as on my instruction sheet...

Thanks!

OK, thanks a lot. I am a member of CPF but I forget my username, I haven't been on in a while. Also, what writing is on the outside of the host? I know it says Cree but what else, anything? I see in one tritium picture there is something that says "Aurora" but it could be a different model. Do your kits include the 3 labels? Thanks.

Yes, two markings. Cree and Aurora, which can be covered with a home/office labeler. (label maker)

I normally do not include any labels with the kit, but if you remind me when you send payment, I could make up something to cover the logo's...

Darkarmyofone, I am sending your DIY Green kits today. (Friday)

Please let me know what you think of them! :)

I actually like the markings. But I would really appreciate the warning label, a 200mW sticker (if O-like ever puts them in stock) and the 532nm sticker somewhere. I might be able to pay a little extra if you don't normally put them on. Thanks.

Well I have a few of these other very nice warning labels. (good quality labels)

They are made for red, but you can just cut the bottom part off and they fit in this host perfectly...

I could include one of these labels and also one of my '532nm Green Laser' stickers as well at N/C when you order the kit with the custom front piece.

Just mention it when you order! :)

Where did you get those labels but with the green? I now really want one of those, it makes it look so cool. Thanks.

Edit: O-like better get their 200mw's in stock, I really want that module. I am sure a lot of other people do too.

Someone tested that module at 190mW's. I think it was Dave...

But the 100mW' modules are often overpowered. I have had maybe 3 out of 8 that have been over 120mW's. (settled) My best one goes to 160mW's and settles at 150mW's.

So, what I'm saying, is that if you go with a 150mW module, you may end up with an overpowered one, just maybe.

About the labels with the green on them, those are the ones that I got from andy_con, and he doesn't make them anymore. I saw a thread in the BST section about custom labels though. Take a look there and see what you can find out...
