The C3 'Hot' option kit is set at 300mA's per your request...

P.S. I don't have a kit for these C3 hosts, because there are already a couple of members that I saw selling this host and heatsink.

But I made yours with my own style heatsink (Pocket Mini style using the pill), because I didn't want to copy theirs. (for the record)

PM replied... Too ambitious? Nah... This lens will last a lifetime is not abused. And can be used for your future 12X or higher!

But if your first build will be a PHR, then you will be fine with an AixiZ acrylic lens. 6X or higher, should really have glass. Any 405nm blu-ray build in the 200mW neighborhood or up, will degrade acrylic...

Hi Jay, I'd like to order just a bare 405-G-1 Glass Lens. I'd absolutely love to get the full mod but I'm on a strict budget, I'll figure something out tho. :san:

I just wanted to post what the full plan I have for this project is atm. I am going to be modding one of these:
Pocket Laser Light Show Battery Powered Home Laser Light Show
To incorporate the blue laser. I am hoping to open it up to accommodate both lasers, though that will likely make it impossible to close the body back entirely; however, since the pocket show is cheap anyway I'm not that worried about it being a casualty of experimentation.
This project is coupled with another later project to add optics to the light show's default red laser to give it a greater distance (it dies off at about 15 feet and is indistinguishable in most lighting at 10 feet).

Hey JayRob,

AWESOME Site... I just ordered the Playmates Phaser from Amazon. I got build this up...

Is there a complete parts list and pricing guide you would have? I'm looking for something like this for sometime. It was by pure chance that I can upon this...

I would most likely use the 405 blu-ray, I can get the small LED unless u have 1.

Please let me know how much $$$ and how to make payment.

How much depends on whether you just want the heatsink. Or if you also want my EzFocus adapter and 405-G-1 glass lens.

One of the biggest costs, would be the diode choice if you go with a 12X...

I don't sell them with the laser diode, you would have to get that part.

I do offer a 'Hot' option build that is complete with safety switch, LED, FlexDrive, heatsink, EzFocus adapter, and 405-G-1...
