BACK ON TOPIC PEOPLE

I RECIEVED IT  :) Yay !

Took 13 days though I was almost worried...

YING
Speaking as a member of "Batch 2 - RoW", I'd just assume know where my IgorT 6x is right now, really I would. If anyone suggests they don't need to know then they are lying through their teeth. We are all human, we are all weary of the economic crisis and we are all cautious with dealing out our hard-earned money. I, for one, cannot afford to write off $272.00 and indeed hope that this will not be the case.

YANG
Having said that, I will not contest Igor. As a matter of fact, despite the economy being as it is, I am willing to take the risk if it means not only getting Igor's laser in the end, but getting back Igor's input into this community which (among with input from other invaluable members) makes this community what it is and is the underlying reason why I am here. If my words do not relay Igor's genuine commitment to this "hobby", to this community, then maybe his own words will:

"These [last three lens samples] are high quality precision grade aspherics. Unlike all the others, these were designed for laser diodes. They even have diode window thickness compensation! Other than collimating the beam, their shape also undistorts the spherical abberations caused by the diode window! These are diffraction limited lenses! Lenses where the size of the foused spot depends only on the wavelength! These are lenses, that could write a disk!"

It's hard not to appreciate the excitement that lies behind those words...  :)

I guess this term really does fit you.. :D

You couldn't violate my right to privacy because I live a private life, unlike yourself. And you cant blame me for posting anything because its already all public record, so blame yourself.

That info was from a 10 second search. If I truly wanted to make your life hell I'd take my time. But 10 seconds was already to long so don't sweat it pops.

You can keep blasting your point till you die, no one cares but yourself. And next time watch your mouth. I really don't have anything better to do...

EDIT; I'm done, sorry everyone.

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

After further thought, I've deleted MANY of my previous posts.  The ones that I felt were relevant I left in place - but any of them that contained bickering are out of here.  If I missed one, let me know.  I've posted my opinion and I have more than a few people who were nice enough to PM me and say thanks for "saying what everyone else was thinking"... and on the other side of that fence are other members with very different opinions... it's this realization that led me to hit the delete button.

I can appreciate both sides of the argument, but I don't have any interest in polluting this thread with anything but facts.  My personal opinion is not only unhelpful (as are most of the other opinions), it's also off-topic and won't help anyone get their laser or their money.  The posts concerning PayPal are staying, they are valid.

'Sort of relevant' is not the same thing as 'actually relevant'. I've just realized I'm engaged in an argument that can't be won by either side.  No apologies for posting what I believe to be acceptable and truthful... but sincere apologies for straying from the real topic - hijacking a thread to go back and forth is unacceptable.

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

I just got a great email from Igor! He is by far happier now that his problem is about to be over. He has a handle on his tax problem now, and is so very relieved! He had to do a lot of retracing the expenses of his business, and all, but he said that someone here gave him ideas that helped with the solution. [smiley=thumbsup.gif] He did say he would soon be free and be taking care of those who are yet to be taken care of, as I expected. I think he will be posting before long, so, Thanks to those who have been helpful and thoughtful! I wanted to let folks know! ;D ;D ;D

No, he did not find the accountant, he found another way to deal with it, and a forum member he says suggested thing(s) that helped to get it together, but he still had to beg for copies of transactions from his suppliers as these were not ava.  and they were resistant to the supplying of those copies, so a lot of time and trouble it took, but he's got most of it all done now.

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

Good news indeed. Thanks for passing it on Scopeguy20.

As usual, Dave tracked down the perfect visual metaphor for Igor's recent state of mind. :D I'm sure we won't be playing that on Guitar Hero anytime soon. ;D ( Impressive as it was... ) I always thought Al DiMeola was a fast player, but that guy cooks... ) A few too many Red Bulls in him, if you ask me. ;D

I really gotta lay off these smileys... :p D'oh!

Wonderful news! Maybe people can lay off now, knowing that they will be taken care of soon.

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

I don't think this info should be called "news" anymore... Same "gonna be alright" for more than a month... How much more "news" like that we will hear before we get (?) our orders?
