Are the 635 diodes back in stock? Also want to order a PT-54 led, do these come with a TEC? I thought the last batch didn't have them.

Yes the 635's are in stock ready to ship. Yes the ones I have listed on my site are the ones with the TEC's. I have ones that don't have TEC's as well for $3 less. Shoot me a message if you want one of those as I have not had time to add them to the site yet.

I finally saved enough money this week to get one of dtr's best m140's
I just cant seem to resist buying from dtr since my 445 that moh gave me was killed in a short circuit event *more like my f*$%in badluck" i would like to place and order for one, i am temporarily out of dubai so if it is possible to ship to switzerland i'd be in for one, i am here till 27th of feb.. would it be ok to order it right now, i dont want it to arrive after 27th because then it will be staying there since i comeback to switzerland.. and it can also save me a month of waiting since i get back to dubai..
I'm not sure what is the worst shipping time from usa to swtzland..
should i necessarily take the tracking service or just the standard $6 shipping.

First class is 10-30 days with most arriving around 15 so if you absolutely must have it before the 27th which is 20 days I would go with the express mail. It is likely to be there well before that with first class but I can not guarantee it. Also if you want I can do tracked priority mail which is $5 less and it is about 7-15 days just shoot me a message and we can go that route as well as I have not had a chance to offer that service to my site.:beer:

I ordered a M140 about 2 weeks ago and it was dispatched the same day - thanks DTR!
Incidentally, it arrived after 5 days (including the w/e), so very quick postal service too - was expecting 2 weeks min.

I'll endorse DTR's M140 diodes.
Almost a year ago, I put together one of these great Large Maglite Monster kits from Jayrob:

I loved the kit and the sexy unit that resulted, but as you can read in the old thread, I was disappointed to get only 1200mW with the driver set to 1.6A. I (correctly, I think) figured that I should blame the random M130 diode that I had on hand, and used.
I bought one of DTR's M140 diodes from him on eBay (yeah, it cost a few dollars more, but I'm an impatient sort, and wanted to avoid the couple of days of back-and-forth on PM).
I replaced the old diode in my Large Maglite Monster with the new DTR M140 diode. Now I get 1650mW instead of 1200, using the same driver and driver settings, same batteries charged to the same level, etc.
This is with the standard AixiZ lens, no G1 or G2 lens.
I like this diode very much.

Are you sure you had an M130 diode a year ago?
I would be surprised at that. I don't remember them being out this time last year.
