Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

Imagine this scenario,
Electronic Shipping Info Received, August 14, 2011
Yobresal dropped off the package at the post office.
Acceptance, August 15, 2011, 2:35 pm, NAPA, CA 94558
The package was checked and accepted
Processed through Sort Facility, August 15, 2011, 11:58 pm, OAKLAND, CA 94615
The package was moved to oakland, may it be the most direct route to reno
Processed through Sort Facility, August 17, 2011, 3:13 am, RENO, NV 89510
the item is in reno.

Also, this might have a delay due to the "haboobs" I've read a bit about.

While it is certainly not usual for Priority mail to take this long to arrive it probably will still show up. I am sure you are anxious to get your new laser and understand your frustration but it is definitely too soon to be going on an all out assault on a respected seller that has a solid track record. Calm yourself and give it a few days and see what happens.;)

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

Since this thread is here I would actually like the forum's input on this. The issue is that the package is taking longer than usual to arrive and may "be lost"
If this happens to be the case what is the appropriate plan of action? Am I supposed to be the one to take a major loss and send out another. Does the buyer take the major loss? Do we meet half way and split the cost for a replacement? I genuinely do not know what action to take if this issue pans out to be a lost package.

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

gave yobresal my mailing address and now the tracking number shows the package is in another town than the one I live in. and yobresal claims I could have took delivery in this other city. so I'm out my money because he thinks I took delivery of a package which the usps told me is lost. The tracking ticket shows has never been to my mailing address. but somehow I sneaked into the post office in another town and changed the mailing address so I could take delivery in that town instead of where I live.

and yobresal sold it to me with shipping included. didn't mention he wasn't including insurance. if you buy something from anywhere thru the mail and it doesn't arrive they don't cry you didn't have insurance. They replace what you bought. yobresal wants me to pay $80 more to replace something he mailed to the wrong address.

Hey Nooby...
wake up and smell the coffee... Can't you read...
(BTW.. your user name seems to be well chosen)

From the tracking info you posted...

1) the last time your package #9101 1288 8230 0827 5156 18
was scanned was in RENO on Aug 17..

2) it has NOT been delivered yet...

3) there is Delivery Confirmation on the Package..

4) it is still en route...
"The item is currently in transit to the destination."

5) you have no idea of the idiotic USPS routes a package in
the USA takes before arriving at the final destination...

6) I'm convinced that yobresal is NOT driving the delivery
truck...

7) quintuple posting will get you a lot more RED bars under
your name...
There is an [Edit] button on your posts
to edit and add info....

Chill out and wait.... just like the rest of us do on a
regular basis..

Since you have the Delivery Confimation service on the
Package... I would call the USPS and find out what happens
and who is responsible and your recourse if the USPS
can't confirm delivery...

There is an agent assigned who called me. I be sure to tell them to update the web tracking ticket.
Good idea... that will add to your credibility...
