Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

yob is not saying u took the package, yob is saying it is either lost, or in transit (i think he is, im not speaking for him)

he said, u might aswell have taken it, so he cant go ahead and eat the cost of replacing it(i think he is, im not speaking for him)

And all your s... about no insurance, and him not mention that there is no insurance, is up to u, u should have asked him, like he stated before, he cant go ahead and list everything thats NOT included.
and all that c..p about him commiting a felony, is a load, he has not doen anything wrong.

I'm forced into retirement all I have is time and buddy you have become my pet project. hope you like living under a microscope. You live in Napa. I have family in ca. it's about a 5 hours drive. we could have lunch and sort this out and then dinner with my family. you picked the wrong guy to play with.
and what kind of talk is this, this really made me lol.

not telling the truth is dishonest. Not to insure a purchase like this thru the mail is bizarre. I expect exactly this for you to such lame statements then try to punk me for $80 more. you act exactly like some ex-convict crying about some claimed injustice you suffered while you stick it to someone else.

Is it just my Biker mentality kicking in... or is that a blatant Threat...

thats what is mean, he accuses yob of a crime, but he himself is threatening yob ..

he's retired, that explains alot, he's pet, wich was his best and only friend died recently, he's spiralling into depression, so he ordered a laser to play with (and eventually blind himself).

Now its not arriving, he spent his last un-employment-check in this laser man , please dont shoot yourself..

i took notice, in making sure, i did not say anything personal about u.

Luke, this is an unfortunate situation. Did you offer him insurance? If he declined, then I'd say he's SOL. If you never offered it though, then I'd say you should go half, under normal circumstances.

However, at least wait 30 business days before any agreement is reached on how to settle this. I tell you one thing though, people acting like this, I'd straight up tell to piss off and block them. It's one thing if something like this happens and both parties remain civil about it, but this douche bag is straight up attacking you and calling you a liar. Up to you though.

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

Since this thread is here I would actually like the forum's input on this. The issue is that the package is taking longer than usual to arrive and may "be lost"
If this happens to be the case what is the appropriate plan of action? Am I supposed to be the one to take a major loss and send out another. Does the buyer take the major loss? Do we meet half way and split the cost for a replacement? I genuinely do not know what action to take if this issue pans out to be a lost package.

Much as I don't like whiny, impatient, and rude people, ultimately it is the responsibility of the seller to get the product to it's destination. If the package is lost, you're stuck with the loss.

That doesn't by any means require you to sell ANYTHING to this guy again though, and certainly not at a discount. Let him order from china and wait a month to get underpec piece of $hit laser next time.

@nooby - Try wicked lasers, I hear they have great customer service. I don't think you'll find too many people who will sell or buy from you on this forum in the future.

I'd like to mention two things:

1. I once had a package go from Reno to Virginia, back to Reno, then back to Virginia. And in between, it disappeared. Just chill out, it will get to you.
2. This point goes without saying.

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

i say wait a week or 2 then we shall see what do you think they are taking it out back and beating the crap out of your package ??? pissing all over it then stamping fragile all over it so the next shipping centre knows to do the same? it is almost like this is the end of his world if he dosent get this laser.
yobresal was good with me when he decided to not do the uv ones anymore he made sure and let me know that he no longer planned on making them so im fine with that unlike other people he was nice about it and refunded my money saying that he would probably not do any more of them for good reasons. at least for him. so please just wait and drop this till a week or 2 then something can be done about.
also posting every minute or 2 without even replying to anyone is not good.

Nooby, you're lucky package was shipped in the first place... I wouldn't have sent a $150 laser to an unconfirmed address unless payment was made as a gift.

At this rate there is nothing to do but wait and see if it turns up.
