I know going to his house sounds nice and all. But reality looks more like this:

you beat him up you go to jail.
you get beat up you go to jail

please think before any of you do something dumb.

I think it would be a good idea to go to his house with the proper authorities. By yourself? not a good idea because it wont accomplish much since I doubt he has the money on him in cash even if he decided on the spot to give it all back.

Link works, you just have to be logged into FB.

Interesting update... I preferred the old scheming steviediezy over the new straight out scammer.

Only if he knows who you are...............:eg:

Besides... all you need is to confirm his new address
to get the cops to do something about the possible
fraud/theft of funds..

Beating the crap out of him won't get him to spit
nickels...
Possible Jail time will..............

Nope, but it sure would be fun:eg:

Don't recommend anyone do that though. Address is all that's needed.

Yeah nobody said anything about violent action. That is not an option. Nobody here is trying to make more trouble for ourselves. We just need to establish information for the authorities to handle him approprietly.

You guys know hes probably reading this right? :na:

Kinda doubt hes still in the US? You could always try tracking the people who have been viewing this thread. It would be a needle in a haystack but... hey, i'd be a start.

I dont think he moved out of the country...its only $700. If he did to try to escape everyone here  then he needs it a lot more than any of us.

Yeah it's true that probably no one following this thread would skip town over ~$766 (don't forget my flashlight:na:) but people do stupid crap when they are desperate:undecided:

Honestly, in my case, if he came forward and said/proved that he was injured, lost a job, and spent the money, well, I wouldn't be happy, but I would just consider it a charitable donation and cross it off my mind.

I'm not condoning stalking, but according to facebook, his girlfriend works for Payless Shoes. There are only 3 locations in the San Jose area. You know what she looks like from the photos on Facebook. Anyone in the area could go shopping for some new shoes and while there inquire into this story a little more....Just saying....

I think he DID skip town but only because he happened to already be moving. I think it was just the right opportunity and right time for him to dash with it and he is apparently the kind of person who would do that. I just dont think he fled the country haha.
