I just checked Jtag's profile.
He has not made one post on this Forum.
And as was stated above he was watching
this Thread at 6:04 PM EST.

FYI...If you check my LPF sales threads I ask
that any member that wishes to purchase any
of our LPMs have at least 3 Posts to be eligible
to purchase from us.

That's to help the Forum and also to be able
to PM or Rep that person (Positive or Negative)
if the needed arises.

Jtag's profile does not even allow you to PM or
E-Mail him.
That is the 1st indication that I would not sell
to him.

Those are the risks dealing with newbies that
come here just for deals and rip-offs.

Any innocent and/or honest buyer would have
responded in his own defense and stated his
reasons for opening a PP dispute/claim.

Jtag needs to be Perma-Banned immediately
since no-one can contact him through the
Forum anyway and his ISP addy noted..

You should post his address so that no other
member ships anything to it.

Way back in the old days we did business by sending a money order through the US Postal service. Hell, I still do business that way when I buy or sell an item on gunbroker.

It seems like more and more kids these days have no honor or integrity. I blame the parents who don't believe in spankings. That seems to be working well....

If any member is having difficulties with a transaction here , please immediately PM me.
c0ld has a lot of things on his plate and finding the time might be difficult for him at times.

I've checked the IP of JTAG and , proxy aside, it does appear to be unique.

I can ban him if you wish, but normally , time is given for the alleged perp to respond to allegation.

This is true, however if you look at the vets whom messed up. They lost friends and allot of reputation from other vets even though this is not shown in the reputation bar.

Also your name is in the feedback section which kind off makes it impossible to make the same ammount of sales in the future.

Offcourse it still happens that vets make a mistake but that chance is allot smaller then you being ripped of by a random dude.

I can't agree with you more... Honor and life values seem to mean
nothing to some... even though some hold these traits to a much
higher value/standard.

Thanks for looking into this...

It would ultimately be up to Blord if he wants to keep the slight
possibility of lines of Forum communications open or not by not
having Jtag banned.

Thanks for checking the ip's. I am sure he is watching this thread and deliberately don't respond to it.
He is waiting just like me on a reaction from PayPal. Right now I am holding the money and it will take tremendous effort if he want to take it back. I will fight back make no mistake.:tsk:

If he opened a Claim (which is my understanding)... PayPal
has already seized the payment amount and you can not spend
it and Jtag can not get his hands on it until Paypal decides in
someone's favor.

I got a message from PayPal and they has reversed the payment. So I lost the money.
It seems Jtag has used an hacked PP account to pay me and now the real account holder has put a claim for "An unauthorized account activity claim".

I have asked PayPal for more explanation.

Meanwhile what can I do ? How do I know if the two persons are playing the same game?
I only have his real address in the US which is this :

Blord, This has happened to me before, See his PayPal name? Call PayPal, Explain to them what has happened, and ask that they take a look into his PayPal account because he is using false info for his name. His account will be closed and same with the dispute.

show... mail outlet and not a real address... PP UserName...
E-Mails/PMs between you and Jtag..etc then contest the decision
made by PayPal. Even pointing PayPal to this Thread.

You have nothing to lose doing nothing but your refund may be
reversed by making an effort.

i thought paypal was safe... This also happened to me... I called paypal and talked to them for hours and nothing happened. it was so stupid. if he guy sent it as gift there is nothing that can be Done.
