Instead of just complaining about it here to us, perhaps you should tell us what steps you took to resolve the issue.
I never recieved my goggles.
I ordered goggles on July 7 and now its July 21. Never showed up.

Since you already filed a PayPal dispute, I've just sent you a full refund.
I'm staying at a hotel in Delaware for work this week so I don't have access to check my records anyway.

I'm curious though. Did you get a tracking # for it? What results do the tracking # yield? Please let us know when you return home and again have access to your records. I'm curious if this was a mistake on behalf of the USPS or if the OP is someone we need to look out for.

Seriously?!?! Less than two weeks pass and you filed a dispute?
Most of the sellers on here are purely hobbyists, and sometimes stuff does come up in their lives. Two weeks is not a long time, especially when you compare to ordering unknown junk from china.
Don't get me wrong, if you don't hear from a seller for a while, by all means file a dispute, but for the future, you have 45 days from the time of payment to make a claim via paypal, and try contacting the seller first.
Glad it worked out, but well, patience... is a must in this hobby.

If such thing happens, wouldn't it mean that you had to be more patient at first?
I'm pretty sure that the goggls will show up eventually... And if so, you just caused a redundant hassle.

2 weeks is enough to warrant a questioning email at most. Its not like the MarioMaster setup the website and the whole LPM sales as an elaborate plan in order to steal your $20. Obviously there was a mistake or a shipping problem. Either way a paypal dispute and a dispute thread is way more than what was needed.
