I ordered laser goggles from Radiant Electronics on July 27th. Payment was processed through PayPal on July 28th. I saw another poster on the forum had a similar experience, but expected service inside a week. OK, I'm not quite that impatient, but, I do expect at least some communication with a seller.

It's now almost three weeks from the date of order, and I have yet to receive any confirmation of the order, other than the money coming from my PayPal account.

I've tried all the channels I can, including opening a PayPal dispute today. I have tried multiple times to contact Radiant Electronics: through the "contact us" online form at the web store; through direct email; through private message; through forum post (saying I PM'd him) hand have had zero response.

Yes, I know that three weeks isn't that long of a wait...if I was ordering from China. But I'm not ordering from China.

If things are busy, I understand, but at least send a message stating that things are busy, leave some indication on the store-front that says, "Closed...will return on mm/dd."

The goggles would be nice, but at this point, I just want a refund.

When I ordered mine a month ago he sent me a shipped noticed the same day as I ordered them and I had them within a week.

I am not sure whats going on with your transaction but I had no problems myself...
I hope you get this resolved... Their pretty nice glasses for $15.

All though I am not an employee of Radiant, I will at least give mariomaster a heads up for you. He could have just forgot. I know he is headed back to school soon so maybe you will get a refund.

Rick: My performance this summer with Radiant has been poor at best. Some customers have had to deal with extremely long wait times for their products and I issued the one guy a refund when he filed a chargeback a week or so after ordering.

Once I'm done typing up this post I'll send you your refund ASAP. I'm still gonna send you the goggles though.

I'm gonna get my ass in gear tonight and put Radiant back on the front page of hobby laser web stores.

I've already ordered another large pack of shipping boxes, a Casio XJ-A140 projector and I've got a bunch of very nice heatsinks from Eudaimonium to put up for sale.

I plan on updating the product pages with information regarding item availability and ETAs for restock.

I hope anyone that had issues with their order this summer may consider ordering from Radiant again in the future. If your order took longer than 1 week to arrive this summer, please PM me for a custom coupon code for 35% off your next order.

RickInKCK was the one who had the problems. I will refund your refund in a few minutes I don't want my money back from you I am super pleased with the goggles.

Thanks, it seems his payment was actually processed on the 26th - not the 28th or the 27th as indicated in his post. Could've been due to timezones or something.

I'm currently working on updating item status pages. I hope this will make things a bit better for customers.

Nice to hear that because just yesterday i looked at the items in your store and wondered why almost all stuff is "out of stock".
I could imagine buying one of your LPM's in near future...(But no hurry...i'm out of money for a while :D)
