I ordered laser goggles from Radiant Electronics on July 27th. Payment was processed through PayPal on July 28th. I saw another poster on the forum had a similar experience, but expected service inside a week. OK, I'm not quite that impatient, but, I do expect at least some communication with a seller.
It's now almost three weeks from the date of order, and I have yet to receive any confirmation of the order, other than the money coming from my PayPal account.
I've tried all the channels I can, including opening a PayPal dispute today. I have tried multiple times to contact Radiant Electronics: through the "contact us" online form at the web store; through direct email; through private message; through forum post (saying I PM'd him) hand have had zero response.
Yes, I know that three weeks isn't that long of a wait...if I was ordering from China. But I'm not ordering from China.
If things are busy, I understand, but at least send a message stating that things are busy, leave some indication on the store-front that says, "Closed...will return on mm/dd."
The goggles would be nice, but at this point, I just want a refund.
