Mail men, sales people, girl scouts "show up at peoples houses". There is nothin unlawful about knocking on the door and seeing if someone is willing to talk, I don't believe this can be reasonably taken as a threat.

And like I said get the police involved I bet when they show up at his door there wont be any trouble... All you have to do is prove he stole money from you and they would investigate.

Unfortunately EEkbay would give you a non payment strike. Edit----- I removed the rest of my comment after revisiting this thread, and realizing that what I said.... would not help Reginak, or anyone for that matter.

Maybe since he is active on youtube. WE should all post the same comment on his most recent video. saying he needs to give the money he owes to reginak. or contact me I have his so called active email that's the last place i had contact with him.

He says he is still going to pay Reginak as soon as he can

With regard to his lack of communication, we are probably dealing with pride and "face-saving" here
I personally think that he should still be talking with Reginak anyway

Although yelling at him more will not change things, we should all still keep an eye on whether she gets paid or not

I'm going to leave this thread open for now, but everyone please recognize that he already knows

We heard promises from Joe since more than a year now. It´s done, when Regina has her refund Hope Joe is man enough to keep his promise this time.

Yes, we had similar issues before, darkarmyofone, potatoe(?) were the most famous scammers back when I joined the forum. But less scams in the past - due to stricter rules, more mods and more carefully buyers.

I am not saying we should stop keeping an eye on JSLE (and prevent him from selling here). I was just letting everyone know that he is reading this and more yelling will not change anything

DAoO was a scammer from the start. It just took awhile to get the goods on him. He dealt mostly with new buyers that didn't now any better and did as much of his dealings via PM (out of the public eye) as he could, so it took awhile to get the needed proof

As far as vets having problems, a couple come to mind
First is BlueFusion. He got in over his head with his driver
Second is Kenom. He got over his head with the last Kryton GB (and, apparently, an individual deal with another member)

Both BlueFusion and DAoO were before we had the moderator system that we have now.
However, if/when a trusted member has a problem, there is very little that can be done to prevent it or to solve the issue

It's kind of like having a family member go bad.
If your brother started drinking or using drugs, but you didn't know it yet, he could get a loan from one of your friends
However, if he doesn't pay your friend back and you discover his drug/alcohol problem, what can you do?
You can refuse to loan him any money
You can warn others about him
You can watch him
What else is left?

I've been here since the start of the forum and it has happened a few times, both intentional and unintentional.

BlueFusion, Kenom, and JLSE are all somewhat similar situations were the seller bit off more than they could chew, something went wrong, and they were simply unable to repay some or all of their debt. I doubt any of them intended to rip anyone off, although the way the problem was handled was sometimes an issue.

On the other hand, darkarmyofone and tommygreen23 were outright thieves, intentionally ripping off as many people as possible. Tommygreen23 was actually a mod here back in the VERY early days. In 2006 and 2007 he scammed across many forums and communities. He must have stolen thousands of dollars from people.

There have also been a number of semi-vets that have scammed people, steviediezie, and bhwollen come to mind.

I for one would like to have JSLE back in the forum in some way, I think that everyone deserves a second chance and we have always been a forum of such. Let this thread serve as a reminder that you always have to be careful humans are humans at best and we all make mistakes it's what we do after the mistake that define us and it seems although a very long time has passed JSLE has made up on a very dark stain on his reputation, with that said I hope to see more of reginaks sweet laser collection also her fun laser vids, as well as JSLEs great epic build post and experiments.
