I don't know how it works in Canada But if someone has his address or name. Would it be possible to look him up in a phone-book ?

It works the same way as in the USA.

This is not a Thread about Kenom... I only reply to
Kenoms threads when I feel it is necessary.. I don't
bump them...

If you want to bump this Thread then say so instead
of BSing... We all now you have a direct contact with

Necessary or not, I´m not the only one here wanting to see Regina getting her money back.

And no, I´m not in contact with her since a few months.

I just feel guilty that I recommended her to go with JLSE.

sounded like "Why the hell didn´t you consider calling him yet???" As everyone here has his number.

You also considered in post #66 that maybe his number isn´t listed. Your "...phone ?????" doesn´t make any sense a all.
I´m sure reginak thought about the option calling him more then once.

You and JLSE took defending position more than one time, especially in the vet thread a few months ago. When I have time, I might C&P a few statements from the vet thread to this thread here.

From what I´ve heard / read so far, JLSE never had the intention to refund Regina her money. But of course you´ll still continue arguing and defending JLSE, so go on :can:

No, I didn't get my money back, 1 year and counting. He still owes me US$400,00. But he doesn't even bother to answer my e-mails, and must admit I only sent 3 last, maybe 1 per month last 3 months.

If I think I will receive my money back? No I don't think I will ever receive it back. I feel scammed.

And DNJY, no need to blame yourself for anything, the only person I blame is wannaburn/JSLE who took my money. In reality I feel dumb because he said 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, then +4 weeks, then almost done, then next week, then he blames me for not contacting him (lying) then goes all dramatic in VET forum, then he pms me with some more drama... I didn't perceived the pattern.

And if I will post in this topic over and over about this? Yes I will, until the end of time.

And thanks DNJY for remembering my case.

I know how it feels being scammed. You are expecting something and in the end you get nothing. I hope really that it has a good end.

I wont go into details on what had happened to me dealing with JULSE but I am also still waiting allmost 6months for a reply from him and I have sent him many messages with NO reply. I understand life happens! But the simple thing to do would be decent enough to come forth with a simple message back. Mine was a diode I was having him check out to repair. It wasnt going to cost me anything unless he could fix it. Last message I got was that it looked good and he was going to try to solder a new lead that night. back in june 2012 Then I never heard back. I just assumed the operation went badly in which case I wasnt out anything. I was going to actually send him some cash for the time he spent trying to repair it. Last I hear from someone cant remember who was that he got into a car accident and had a flood. A simple message would have probably helped him out more with me.

Wow. I was away from the forum for a little over 6 months so I'm still getting back into the swing of things and it really is a shame that a user as respected as JLSE took someones money and than pulled a WL on them (that IS what he did). There's really no other way to put it. Accident and floods aside even if he has no intention of paying reginak back the least he could do is apologize. Reginak I'm sorry that you had to go through this. I think it's clear that he didn't enter into this transaction with the intention to scam you but he fell behind and then instead of doing the right thing and immediately telling you the truth he continued to BS. Well reginak I hope somehow things go well for you.
