Need advice ?

Last month I bought a laser off a member on 6/29 he sent me a pm stating he would send it. As of yet he has not sent it or answered any of my pm's . It's been 3 weeks, am I just being impatient or what is a man to do??

I'd suggest you start a paypal dispute. If he doesn't respond within a week, escalate it to a claim.

Hi Who is the member?? Maybe stating his name would light a fire That is bad to not respond to a buyer and make folks wait and it is already paid for. When i sell an item here it goes out the next day priority 2 day mail. Thats good customer service . Sorry justly opinion i hate to see people get burnt. Because of a unconscientious person ..

I agree, you should have no shame or guilt in doing so as you did your part and paid and for the benefit of the forum.
Lets hope its due to a lack of communication.

Unfortunately I may have to file a PayPal claim. Don't want to "crap in his cornflakes " but I've waited since 6/29. That's the last time he would answer my pm's. I pm'd him this morning again. Think I pm tomorrow and give him one more week to respond. I know he's been on the forum because I've seen his green light on. As far as giving out his name I'm still trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Thanks for all the advice I just am new to lasers and didn't quite know what to do. I'll pm him again tomorrow and hopefully but if not than I guess PayPal will get a call from me . Thanks again. Hope all is well &#55357;&#56397;

When I saw the title to your thread, I didn't know if you were offering help or asking for it. It is good that you paid using PayPal as they will get your money back as long as you don't wait too long. I'd say you can wait another week to start a dispute if that is what you want to do.

Well I sent him another pm this morning also sent one to his email address I got off the paypal invioce. Let's hope he responds .

Hello, well I just heard from the man, said he's sorry but he went on vacation and forgot to send, will send today or tomorrow.Was hoping it was something like this. Things happen, so life goes on and ( hopefully) I have a new Laser for my collection. As soon as I figure out how to post pictures I will send some pictures of my collection and some beam shots!

Hi,
Well at almost a month and this person went on vacation and forgetting to send an item that was paid for. That would be on my mind the whole time i was on my vacation.
lets hope he comes through in a day or two if that were me i would be at the PO first thing in the morning Yesterday.. sad customer service sorry .. and no replies un called for.

Well it's now Wednesday and no tracking number, he told me he'd get it in the mail Monday or Tuesday. I sent him and message today asking why? I'll give him till Monday the 25th at noon pst, I'll look at the PayPal invioce and If I don't see a tracking number by noon I will file a pay pal claim and I will also devulge his name.

Sounding pretty sketchy. Reminds me of the crap Eitan of Sci-fi was pulling. He'd always claim he'd shipped stuff and then fail to provide a tracking or any proof.

Got a tracking number from him today. Hope all ends well. Will let everybody know if things are the way they should be. Thinking maybe Wednesday'ish of next week.

The sooner you can get confirmation of the tracking number from the USPS the more likely you have something coming your way. I wish you luck.

Well, got my laser today, and I have to say it's sweet! Guessing the man felt pretty bad about the whole thing, he said he was going to throw in something small. Which he did, but small and LARGE, he put in static bag a nubm44 so I'm guessing he keep his word on that!! So to that man I say "thank you". Would buy from you again. (but this time don't go on vacation!) Take care. BoBMc
