So, back in mid July I ordered a 445nm AixiZ lens from Len/Hakzaw1.
Everything went fine until, well, it didn't show up -- now, keep reading!
Hak shipped the lens on 7/22, and by 8/01, it still wasn't here. A bit of a long time from Texas to Colorado, so a few days later I spoke to Hak about it.
Hak responded immediately, and, from what I understand, contacted my local post office. He went out of his way to do this, to research what went on and contact the right people to figure out what went wrong.
Today, about 3 days after I contacted him, the lens showed up, with a big yellow sticker on it from the USPS basically claiming "oops, sorry about that." - The post office screwed up, must have lost it behind a counter or a bin or something -- the yellow 'apology' sticker from USPS verifies that it WAS NOT HAK'S FAULT WHATSOEVER! but he still went out of his way to figure out what went on and get it resolved.
A lot of sellers, on an item as small and inexpensive as a lens could have just said "Well, I sent it, your problem." -- but Hak didn't. He went out of his way, and made it happen.
So, I'd really like to thank him for that, and for helping to feed my unhealthy laser addiction.
Thanks a lot, Hak - and, everyone should feel REALLY confident dealing with him!
