I ordered a bluray laser diode build in with aixiz module from HighTechDealZ - High Tech DealZ on October 10, 2011 (edited), until now i didnt get my item, Kendall Wyatt said that it takes a while if delivering international, but he fails me on my expectation, still until now no item has been received by me, i consider this man is an absolute scammer... i cant even track my package, he uses that damn custom form number which is useless, he keeps his buyers blind on tracking the package. Even his website dont have a latest buyers on his item, i better buy here on LPF, im scammed by hightechdealz... WTF

Does the customs number when you plug it in USPS.com show an acceptance scan or any movement from withing the US? If it does at least you can know he actually did ship it and if it does not that tells you nothing as they don't always scan it.:yabbmad:

First class packages will range from 10-30 days most arriving in about 15 days. If you ordered in Oct then your package is probably lost, stuck in customs or was never sent. First class and priority mail is not tracked and all you get is a customs number which sometimes shows the package moving while still in the US. The cheapest tracked international shipping from the US is $27.55 so expect to pay close to that if you want tracked shipping.:beer:

out to you 15 months ago...:thinking:

How much did you pay for shipping....:thinking:
I'm sure there was no Tracking to ship a single LD and Module...

Get a hold of Kendall.... he is NOT a scammer....
I'm sure he will make this right...

Hmmm, You cannot even claim lost package after 1 year.

Did you mean 2011 maybe?

USPS First class doesn't have tracking, but there is a way to prove that package is actually delivered, or in your case not delivered.

Hey how about you post this in the right forum section, namely the trades feedback and resolution forum? This forum section is for administrative issues, not problems with sellers.

Anyway, assuming you meant 2011, getting shit shipped out to foreign countries takes a while and many delays come from customs in countries that have more restrictive importation rules such as many countries in Europe do. I know that if I sold anything I would not sell to anybody internationally except for the most trusted of LPF members as exceptional cases because of the hassle involved.

Ok guys, if you claim that Kendall can make this right, he must prove it that the item will be delivered right to me, but its not, he make me expected that the item will be delivered well. i pay USD59 and he includes the shipping on it.
@laserbee- easy for you to say because you are in the US or near location, i didnt get my item, and its not my fault im just a buyer who pays well, but didnt get what i ordered in return.
@DTR- i always check USPS.com, you can take a look at this link USPS Tracking @ Packagetrackr (track.LC293777492US) you check whats going on.
@Brenner - I ordered and pay the item Oct 10, 2011 not October 10, 2010 wrong typo, just check the link i have given to DTR, and until now Jan 08, 2012 item was not delivered to me.
@Bionic Badger - I post this cuz i need help from you veterans on LPF. if you can help me thats great.

I ordered and paid for an item that i didnt get. i have lost USD59 and got nothing in return.

According to that tracking # it was sent out on May 25th 2011. Something is fishy in tuna town.:whistle::thinking:

Are you sure that is the number they gave you? As stated in the previous post those dates are not matching up. Also if you paid $59 that should have well covered express tracked mail on a diode. I would point out it has to be the wrong number to Kendall and see if he can provide a different one.

Shipping your item is my job, delivery is not my job. Mailmen are paid to do that.

I'd guess they failed and lost it, delivered to the wrong address, or its stuck in customs.

If you could PM me your address, perhaps a different one as your old one didn't work I can send the order again.

It is quite possible that your original shipment may still be delivered though..

You have been here long enough to know that my location is under
my Avatar and I too am an International buyer NOT living in the USA.

Distance as the crow flies is irrelevant.. What is important is the
borders that need to be crossed and the sticky fingers of some
people that may come into contact with the package....

USPS website sucks. It is the correct customs #. I've seen this happen before, USPS reuses #s.

You have to understand how USPS works.

Sellers:
If you send your international letter via First Class you put yourself in a great risk.

Why?

There is no tracking for USPS First Class mail international -period.

LC293777492US is not tracking number. That is only customs label number.

Well without a doubt Kendall shipped you your purchased items . Nobody here who knows anything would think any different.

Kendall dot send him anything else, and asdfghjksha whatever ur name is wait for the package to show up, if it doesn't call up USPS and bitch them out.

And another thing is that I'm fairly positive Kendall has the option on his site to choose your shipping method, if you choose one that doesn't include tracking...... And you wanted tracking.... Your an idiot!

In the end seller will suck up all charges.
Once they get chargeback from payment processor, seller will have to provide tracking ...

Unfortunately for seller-fortunately for buyer.

It has been longer than the 45-day Paypal dispute window, and as of today it has been longer than the typical 3-month chargeback window.
