Heruuscience's Auction result

hrmm, I bought some heatsinks and still have not gotten them :\

Finally got my custom CNC'd 9mm Aixiz clones in today, so I started testing the diodes from this auction.

Of the 50 "2W Infrared 9mm" diodes I tested, NONE of the 50 were 2W, or even capable of more than 1W. In fact, here's how it basically broke down:

50 diodes claimed at "2W"
- 4 of them could hit 450mW
- 46 of them were < 450mW, either because I damaged them before they hit higher, or because they hit 450 only at some insanely high current, and it became clear that I would kill them if they went higher.

Funny thing is, I'm fine with the auction results. I knew these were questionable, and I purchased them "as-is".

What I'm bummed about, is that I now have 150 custom CNC'd 9mm Aixiz-compatible modules, that I spent ~$450 on (not from Chris, and certainly not his fault), and pretty much nothing to do with them.

Any ideas?

Ouch on the Module. But Hey they look Great. You can Put some up for sale. TO get some of your money back on them.

I might be interested in at least one or two as well. I will most likely never use them, but you never know.

I definitely well put them up for sale (had always planned to, since I needed to order like 150 to get a price break, but never thought I'd need them all).

Just won't do that until CanadaPost resumes. No sense in me collecting money if I can't ship

I'm also going to pop them up on eBay.

Long ago, I bought 3 RF excited CO2 lasers from Chris. All of them work.
One of them is in my Starwarz gun.
