Man I feel your pain. Seems like I was sitting at home safety glasses and charged batteries on stand by. I got mine today and it's awesome. Eitan truly made it happen no matter the hold up. Your past the half way point stay strong brother lol

Ill post a review in a few days. Its probably not going to be up to par with the veteran laser doods here, as i am a newbie to the hobby but ill post my experience the best i can to relate to everyone else here! One thing I did get sorted out, that joker helped me out a little bit with.
The focus ring threads on to the cylinder, for lack of a better term. so when i went to focus the laser, it would just move on the threads and not actually focus the laser. So what i had to do was pull the threaded cylinder out and manually tighten the ring to it, so i could focus it. Other than that, i made extra super duper sure i put the batteries in right and its working great! im burning all kinds of stuff i shouldnt.

given this, and the high number of problems, dont you think it is sensible to just make the express methods mandatory? everything I have seen about your actual products is excellent, but I see many problems with the shipping and tracking. it's possible the added shipping costs will dissuade some customers, but given the amount of grief over the issue lately, don't you think it is worth it? if you are getting more orders than you can easliy handle, wouldn't dissuading a few customers with more expensive shipping ease your burden somewhat, as well as largely eliminate these reoccurring problems?
I'm not privy to all the info, so maybe I'm missing something here
