I am about to order a 50mW laser module from o-like for a friends laser, and I had to ask the questions about duty cycle and so...
So I added o-like to MSN,
Susie responed very quickly and accurately, answering my questions in no-time!

I have never bought from o-like before, however, I can already tell why this is a trusted company on this forum!

So, I will order the module next week, and when it arrives I wil try to put together a review.

Well folks I definetly reccomend O-Like!

I mean, How many firms selling something on the web have instant messaging adress for you to ask questions? :D
And of hose that have, how many respond in 2 seconds?

Yes, O-like is one of the best laser shops around, the only bad thing is that sometimes commuication gets lost in the translation, can be hard to get answers on complicated questions.

Well, as long as you know your lasers, you do not have the reason to ask complicated questions. By my opinion.

However, you can clearly see that they are doing their best to answer all your questions. That is what I like!
Not one of those cases when you wait 2 weeks for an email, that doesn't even answer your qusetion!

O-Like FTW
And I like the prices... their 50mW module is 28$ , while i paid 60$ for my 50mW green laser. If only I had known...

Good prices on spec. or >spec. lasers. Great communication. Shipping take awhile,(14-16 days) but that's not their fault. Unlike DX, waited 5 weeks for a package once.

O-like provides shipping uprades if you want them faster, I think.

i think those greenies for 60 bucks are not IR filtered.But O-like seems like a trusted company,we shall see when the package arrives :san:

28 $ 50mw cannot have ir filter.
i know olike. i see their store in ebay and learn a lot from them. heihei....
hongkong air mail is not stable, sometime it is fast, sometimes it is slow than snail.
Our company choose to use a little bit expensive air mail shipping. China Post, export from Beijing. take 10 days from China to the States

@ Viper: 60$? that is 100mW module you are reffering to? Anyway not one has IR filter (not one from 12 mm modules). Neither does your laser for that matter :p

And I don't think IR filter is of that much importance in lower half of class IIIb... Higher powers yes, but small handhelds are not that dangerous. (presuming you know what the hell are you doing with your laser, meaning using it properly).

I ordered my module on November 20th... and still waiting.
You have to understand that at this time of year there is A LOT of waiting for international shippements, because of all the activity on post offices... and christmass spirit off people working there ;D:crackup:

Oh, maybe I lucky with dinodirect. Though it's christmas time, my 4 orders took about +- 10 days .

My friend also praised dino for fast shipping...
However, these are like DX lasers... never up-to-specifications.
With O-like you get what you pay for!

Yes we will see when it arrives please test it well let it warm up and see if the power is there and if it stays, I just sent back 3 of the last four green modules because they were under spec, they started out high and within a few seconds dropped way out of spec.
