Don't deal with KOHAKU

Now heres one screwd up guy He want's you to put the world at his door step yesterday but pays for next weeks delivery.
When he contacted me and requested I send him some parts he contacted me thursday night and wanted his items on friday or Saturday when I informed him it could cost $18-$30.00 he opted for first class delivery after I told him it should be there on monday or tuesday !
He payed with PP on 11-12-10, I mailed his package first class on 11-12-10 Friday !
On monday 11-15-10 he PM me asking where his package was, on tuesday 11-16-10 he PM'd me asking where his package was, both days I told him chill it will be there. on 11-17-10 I was out of town all day in Washington state. today I see he filed a PP dispute on 11-17-10 trying to get his money back, so now he will have MY parts and his money
I would not deal with this guy as he will only try and screw you :gun:
I'm smelling a scam from the begining now !

BTW this is the first time ANYONE has EVER filed a dispute on me.
I always deliver, maby not on time every time but I never rip any one off !
Not like this crook seems to be trying to do !
I have his package picture I took just befor mailing it but his name is on it or I would post it here now !
If any one feels like they have some extra neg reps they don't need I think this guy needs some !

Give PP a tracking number and they'll drop it. That's all PP cares about outside of e-bay. He won't be getting any of your money if you do just that.

if you have tracking or your shipping recite you should be able to fight and win.
Trust me i have fought more than i should have.
Never lost one.
Every time they were impatient little f#ck$ who were ungrateful for the deal being brought to them.

you did ship with tracing right? iby the shipping times its a us package and it only costs .70 for tracking.

Flaminpyo, I will simply end the dispute or pay you 149$ if paypal even gives me the money when my items arrives. You didn't lost anything yet except me, which means you have nothing to be mad about.
You never even gave me a tracking number to see whats going on, its been about 7 days and I should have received something from usps long ago with first class mail.

its getting to be near the holidays expect delays.
or pay the service fee for a faster style of delivery.
first class is the first to get back seated.
from november till late december usps slows down.

You should have waited a while and kept in touch before filing a dispute.
He has every right to be pissed for what you did!
A dispute goes against his PP rep and you just messed that up.

You are right it's just a impatient little f#ck that couldn't wait one more day and now he has screwed up my perfect record at PP
He will be getting the best quality parts avable and screwing up my rep in the process.

Don't worry Kohaku you will get it. It's the holidays and first class mail is bound to be slower. Flaminpyro has always come through for me, and I have ordered a ton of stuff over the last year or so.

But really you should have waited a little longer before going to the extreme. Jeff is a very trusted member who tries very hard to make everyone happy.

5 days, you waited 5 days from paying to file a dispute, two of those 5 days were WEEKENDS. F*cking ridiculous. You deserve to be outed.

This week I have ordered something from Texas with first class mail and it only took 1 day to get here. so this current situation is not normal, i know flaminpyo didn't scam me but somebody probaly stole my package for all i know.

I never knew a dispute was such a big deal(don't use paypal much), its not like everyone will stop buying from him because of 1 bad rep

You have 45 days from date of purchase to dispute a transaction.
Opening one in less than 20days is just rude :tsk:


Given the situation and the seller, there was no need.

And it IS a big deal because you freeze the amount of $$$
in his account until resolved.

So what are you saying here that I deserved ONE bad rep
because this transaction didn't go like your Texas one did ?

Every single laser and other laser parts that I bought here (flaminpyro included) I payed Express Mail International or Fedex. Its expensive, but I receive what I pay for.

I'm a little impatient, I must admit, but I WOULD NEVER EVER fill a PP dispute before exhausting all possibilities. And c'mon, 5 days to open a dispute?
