got anything i can put in my deep fryer?
I love deep friend chicken a few years back i had one filled with cheese bacon a few other meats and more bacon was about the best most health clogging thing i have ever eaten. but i love to deep fry.
if i could deep fry my burgers and dogs i would.
maybe even my pickles....

Fried chicken.
Soak chicken in buttermilk over night. Coat with flour, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper mixture. Deep fry till done. To make it super crispy add corn meal, or panko bread crumbs.

lol never seen cyan pepper. unless you shine an argon on it.
never tried lobster either. im told its overated. tried crabs claws a while ago, quite sweet. would have again in small amounts.
I watch loads of cookery shows. after a while i've managed to build up good overall knowledge of cooking lol. everyones fed up of my experiments with various spices.
T_J strongly reminds me of a guy called fatkev I know via a cod-based clan lol. maybe too soon to tell here, but he's ok once you know him. you just need to look past the grumpy insults and not take them seriously :yh:
