I just find it annoying when they randomly file disputes without trying to contact me.
I may not reply to every pm right away, but I read each one within about 5 minutes of it being sent to me.

I agree you should fight back! I'm sick and tired of disputes on eBay claiming not received items when I ship with tracking... and the buyers are just trying to get something for nothing. PayPal should help sellers aswell as buyers. I've stopped selling on eBay a while ago anyway so Ive had a lot less headaches.

Re: Paypal dispute by DieselMarine

Woke up to having an open case in my Paypal today for a transaction from Feb 17th.

A C6 kit purchased by DieselMarine. They filed it as an "unauthorized transaction"
The Paypal is in a woman's name, so it's entirely possible he paid with a girlfriend's account and maybe they're having some troubles and she's feeling bitter? Pure speculation though.

Luckily, I've got tracking information that still shows the product being delivered to the Paypal account's confirmed address. So she'll need to return the kit if she wants a refund.

I'm tired of just shooting out refunds to random disputes.. I'm going to start fighting back.

I'll always fight a Dispute when I know I'm in the right...
If you have proof that it was delivered the buyer will loose the
decision.

Is it only a Dispute or a full out Claim...

You have proof of delivery, that's pretty much "case closed" ain't it?

I doubt that Diesel is at fault, might be the girl, maybe she doesn't enjoy his hobby all that much. It may be a different branch, but all Military has a code, and 95% of the time it is followed. I really doubt he's intentionally trying to screw you here. I'm interested in the turnout out this dispute.

Glad you're not just sending a refund.

I'm royally pissed today with customers who think white is black, black is blue and want things for free.

Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding and diesel will take care of it, but overall I am sick and tired of all the concessions just given to customers.

I just thought I would put my two cent's in....
DieselMarine is the only LPF member i'v met face to face and I can say he is a stand up guy. I don't know what is going on in his life but I doubt this would be his doings without contacting you first.

I may not reply to every pm right away, but I read each one within about 5 minutes of it being sent to me.

Given that you read them within 5 mins of it being sent, what is usually the ETA on your reply's? reason why i asked, because i sent you a PM yesterday afternoon and i am still waiting for your reply. Especially when i see you post all over the forums (yesterday and today) and still no reply to the PM.

So, could be my expectation, that i was expecting a reply within 24hrs, Now I can understand you are busy etc, so I didnt feel like bugging you with more PM :)

So, please dont take this the wrong way, i am just wondering the ETA's on the replies, so i know what to except

i truly think that you are doing an amazing job for this community and i really respect you for that
