Calling Bluefusion: Wheres my money or product?

I guess i'm going to have to publicly call him out on this.

I paid bluefusion for some 18650 batteries a while ago, and he has never communicated about them or gave me any sign they have been shipped, and I have not received any package from him. After a while of no contact and him not responding to me, I started a paypal claim which paypal decided in my favour. Paypal wasn't able to recover my money, so ive been trying to contact him for the past (almost) month now. Still nothing, but he did have time to criticize one of my ideas on IRC and when I asked about my money, he suddenly stopped responding.

Amount owed: $8.00
Amount received: $0.00 and no product

So, I must say, where is my money or batteries bluefusion?

I know that $8 is not much too risk. However, after all that has gone on, I am amazed that people continue to try to do business with this person.

Yeah, why don't I learn... well, now defiantly no more money to him :)

Why isn't he banned from doing business here if over and over he doesn't deliver?
 
IIRC part of the reason he was allowed to stay was that people wanted him to be available so they could continue to try to collect what was owed to them. It was thought that there was enough written about him that no one would do "new" business with him.

If you think he should be banned now, start a poll. You may find that many of the NooB's bear him no ill will. :tinfoil:

I wouldn't swap nickels with him. He still owes me as well.

It's been long enough that some members are no longer active and some of the members owed smaller totals have written this off and may not even remember all that is owed anymore.

Take me for example. IIRC there was a couple of PHR's still owed. I got part of what was owed to me. However, I have not thought about this in so long that I am unsure if it was 1, 2, or 3. I have burned through a significant number of PHR's since then ;)

Yeah this goes WAY back to the driver boards for the original Krytons, maybe farther than that.

He owes lots of people from that.

He is one of the few that I WOULD NEVER do business with. And I cringe when I see people buying from him!
 
I dunno if you guys have noticed, but he refuses to return to the forums anyway, you'd probably get more results by PM'ing him on laserchat.
 
Indeed Things, he thinks that the forums are immature...don't know where he got THAT idea :angel:
