This guy is scamming me too.
I made a purchase from him for the two lasers for $35.00 in a similar sale a day before this ad was posted in this forum at:
Said he sent them, 1st class with tracking, but he can find the tracking number.
What I do have on him thus far:
I doubt that’s was his picture in his avatar before he removed it a couple of days ago, probably someone he’d like to get ruffed up as a victim of a prior scam of his.
What further means do you have at your disposal to track him down and move this up a notch?

The third beam shot picture is another one I’ve seen from another poster on LPF, but I can’t recall exactly where yet.
....Time for you to chime in here Adam and make good on our agreed to sales, either provide the tracking number and subsequent delivery of sold goods, or refund all of our money promptly.
....All of us will sleep better at night knowing our dealings with our fellow man have come to a fair and satisfactory closure to all parties involved.

DJNY--I know how you feel- I 'vouched' for Tyler- (DarkArmy)- And most of us know all that ended. I know you were only trying to help out a new member and your heart was in the right place.
I hope paypal can do something to help Rod and Dave, and anyone else who got taken by this sorry dirtbag.
There were several 'red flags' from the start that should have tipped us off that something was not right--his photo-his publicly displayed PP addy- his lack of a camera or even a friend with one, the 'bargain' price-his "i am not a scammer' post did not 'feel' right- his asking for the PP to be sent as a gift(big tip off)-- for 30- cents and 3% anyone could have simply paid/added the PP fees and we would not be having this discussion-- a chargeback could have been done. The final flag was his accepting two payments and his lame excuse about not being able to get on-line--
I regret two things--- I did not speak up louder( but I did speak up) and a while back I gave this a-hole a + rep. So I 'vouched' for him too.
Another lesson learned.
