Flaminpyro- believe me that I don't accuse people of stealing so easy.
I think about every probabilty.
When I couldn't reach him by his mobile(only communication we have is with his mobile) I first say to myself he can have his mobile phone stolen.
However I ring him many times (continuously for an hour) he never hanged up! If his phone was stolen thief can shut it down or hang up and curse maybe!
I've sent him a lot of SMS and got no reply.
He could tell me that he hasn't got any money and the laser was broken. I can even say ok to that but what he choose is leaving me unreplied.

InfinitusEquitas-I can't send him an invoice as we don't have any invoices for our lasers build by our forum members.

You can request payment via paypal.

Also you can just take a template invoice and make one... for your own laser.

Just to create a paper trail of some sort, because right now you have nothing in writing, even just from yourself, that you can show to authorities.

It's probably an exercise in futility, but it's not like you have anything to lose.

Sorry it happened , unfortunately a sign of the times, after being self employed for 10 years i really dont trust anyone.
Ever wanna see how wicked and wretched people are , start your own business , people are mostly bad , not good.

If you be clever and give them the right lessons they will stop being like that otherwise will suffer more. Never let bad people take the advantage of what they do.
If I let that guy have that laser and forget it, he will do the same to others for sure.
I will show him that I am more clever and make him regret:eg:

Once you have a business it takes money to collect money, there are also many loopholes, its almost impossible and in the end you only net 10 percent.
I really hate dishonest people.

Unfortunately that's very true. While in college I worked in collections very briefly... and absolutely despised it. Left after a month.

Typically I wasn't dealing with bad people, just people who fell on hard times.

Unfortunately there are also complete scammer @$$holes out there:(

I've met people like this, who actually see doing this as a point of pride or accomplishment. Along the lines of, "Hey man, where'd you get that laser?", and said person would likely come back with "Scammed some kid out of it, heheh, he totally trusted me, didn't pay a dime, pretty cool huh?"

I know it's like, zero solace, but this kind of behavior DOES have a way of coming around and biting them in the ass. Usually it's when the other shoe does drop and nobody's there to help them out, since they've already burnt all their bridges to "get some cool stuff".

How much money did he owe you for the laser anyhow?

He owe 150$. I don't care how much it is. Even it is 1$ he is a lier!

Needs to be Perma Banned and put in the same pot
with the other SCAMMERs...

I have ZERO tolerance for SCAMMERS... Those are the
guys that will break into your house and think it's fun...
