Thats photo shopped for sure  ::) Still awesome  ::)

It MUST be shopped   Thats .... God .... Wow ....

no, it is not photo shopped, there are many articles on the internet about this guy and this is indeed a real photo.

btw, why do you consistently double post? i have seen you make double posts in many threads, i think you just do it to get your posts up because you think the more posts you have the cooler you look, if you forget to say something just edit your previous post don't post again, its annoying!

Posts don't go up in off-topic anyway. Sorry if it annoys you , but I'm not really bothered about how many posts I have. There are people with way less posts than me that are way better members than me, and much "cooler" too.

Here's my computer room.

First up is my main PC.

Intel DX38BT

Here you can see my other system. It is running Win ME.

Asus CUSL2 BP Edition

2 x 256MB SDR
HD unknown ATM
Audigy 2 ZS
ATI video card

I also have a third system on the floor. It has a P4 but it is a work in progress. It will be running XP Pro. I'm going to use it for F@H.

I also have a Dell XPS M1530 laptop.

Any pictures of my home system are pretty boring as it is a simple black Antec case with analog temperature and fan speed gauges built into a door that hides the DVD, card reader, and USB ports. It's a large mid-tower with four 5.25 bays. Two of them enclose a three HDD hot swap hard drive system and cooler. I run a quad-core 64-bit Intel processor at 2.8GHz per core running a 1066MHz bus and 8 GB of RAM. I run dual 8800 GTS 512MB video adapters in SLI mode supplying video to a Samsung 24" widescreen monitor at 1900x1200 resolution. The OS is Windows XP 64-bit. It has a DVD writer, 8-card memory card reader and a Monsoon sound system. There are a total of 10 SATA-300 slots for an additional eight hard drives if I wish to add them. I currently have 1TB of hard drive space.

It's definitely a game machine. You should see how fast it runs solitaire.

I actually use it for CAD, photography and video editing as well as several MMOs.

EDIT:
Here's some pictures. The laptop is a Gateway FX with 17inch display

I got that laptop too, it freaking owns all!!

Current:

*Abit something-or-other Mobo
*Intel C2D E7200
*EVGA 8800GS
*320GB Western Digital HD
*2GB Corsair XM2 DDR2 800 RAM
*Assorted DVD/CD/Floppy drives
*Razer keyboard & mouse

I also have all my recording soft/hardware on there... MBox 2, Pro Tools 7, Reason, etc.

Laptop is a Dell Latitude D620... really old and crappy, but functional.

My computer's housed in this 4u rack mount case.. I don't have any pictures of it but you get the idea. Ugly and functional.

I've got an asus a8n32-sli deluxe mobo with an athlon 64 FX-60 running overclocked at 3ghz just dandy on stock cooling... I've got 2gb of some sort of OCZ Platinum "Gamer RAM" that cost $400 because of its low timings.. I've got a hardware RAID-5 array of 6x sata 500gb drives, for a total disk space of 2.5tb with 600mbps peak, 350mbps average transfer rate. The raid card alone costs $800 new. My video card is a radeon HD3870, a couple "AS-IS" optical drives that turned out to work fine, some 200mW wifi card in a pci-to-pcmcia adapter card with a cantenna to pick up wifi several hundred yards away, two LCD monitors, one 19", one 17" rotated on its side to make up one large 2048x1024 desktop... I'm running a dual boot of debian and xp64. I somehow pieced this together out of salvaged parts, ebay deals, duct tape, rubber bands and bubblegum, it cost me under $1000 in total.

I also have a laptop, a Toshiba u305 with some core2duo 2ghz, 2gb ram, lousy integrated video card... running a triple boot of the last three OS's I installed on it, namely Ubuntu, OSX Leopard, and Win2008 Server.

My PC is currently spec'd at:
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.8 GHz
2 GB ram
Nvidia 8800 GTS 640mb factory overclocked
SoundBlaster X-Fi platinum w/ Logitech Z-5500 5.1 speakers (500watts)
4 hard drives totaling 700GB
BenQ 24" widescreen LCD at 1920x1200, crappy HP CRT secondary monitor
Tri-booting WinXP, Vista and Ubuntu
And thats a Logitech G-15 Gaming keyboard and a Logitech G5 laser mouse.

Laptop is an Acer Aspire 5050 with upgraded RAM and 9 cell battery

Sitting between the laptop and the main monitor is a 40GB Playstation 3

And finally, that picture on the wall has since fallen and smashed. I will be replacing it shortly with something badass.

I got:

Core 2 Quad Q6600 - watercooled and overclocked at up to 4 ghz, but run it at lower to keep it cool.
4gb Corsair ddr3 ram at 1600mhz - yes, I know, not exactly 8gb but who needs that much? What do you do with all that space, anyway?
Asus Striker II Extreme
nVidia 8800GTS 320mb (Generic, maybe will be overclocked)
Antec 1200 case
Dell 3008WFP (30") at 2560 * 1600
Secondary 21" monitor
Logitech G11 and MX Revolution
Creative 5.1 surround speakers - Worst speakers ever, volume seems to have a mind of its own
2X WD 250gb (currently not in raid)

Pics coming when I get my camera, and UV cathodes set up properly

EDIT: corrected 3007WFP to 3008WFP - there is a difference...

I mainly use it for gaming and a bit of web surfing, design and programming, but it has been known to be a DVD player, VMWare virtual domain and media server (and client), PS2 emulator and a CAD workstation too... Not at the same time, admittedly... ;)

I got out my CCFL just now, and does anyone with better knowledge of electronics know why my CCFL has literally burnt one of my 2 "bulbs" out when there was a loose connection? (This was ages ago, when I took it out) The whole negative wire of the socket has literally charred and now the other one is working at reduced brightness. (Behaving a lot like a dying LD after being overdriven but it's not a diode) I expect the inverter is broken or something but I don't wanna take it apart and play with several kV of power... any advice? It still seems to be working OK but it is definitely not as bright as it once was.
