PCB Placement Service Anyone?

Hey, got a few products I'd like to row on out... issue is that I may shoot myself If I have to spend every weekend of my life soldering 100s of QFNs onto pcbs...ect.

Anyone know of a good part placement service? There quite a few places out there to get great small cheap PCBs in sheets. These sheets are already to go through a placement machine. However, when it comes to part placement, I don't see anything. I assume its simply too complicated to do generally as a cheap service?

if its like machining then the smaller the order the more it will cost per piece..

rkcstr used to assemble his drivers this way and ive assembled/reflowed loads of boards with the same method..

Hah, that is a very interesting method.. Still wouldn't work though for QFN(s) because the leads are on the bottom of the package and are not exposed. You wouldn't be able to get the excess solder underneath the package with solder wick. However, thats still a brilliant idea. Will have to try that sometime.

Anyone else know of a placement service?
