okay! So everyone went well when jailbreaking and winterboard worked. But, when I tried dowloading that certain theme I tried before it crashed... So the jailbreak must have been fine before, but that theme wasn't. D: My new problem is that when I restaroed it it won't let me go to my hopepage or anything, but it says connect to itunes. When I connect it to iTunes it says that iTunes cannot reconize device or something....

anyone have any suggestions please?

Do a forced restart (hold home & power for 10 sec) and try that, then the second it restarts hold the home button and insert the usb cable and wait till its says DFU mode in the bottom RHS of your comp screen

I'd be more interested in getting the thing working first as you said the device isnt being recognised by the computer, without that tiny umbrella is irrelevant, and either borgqueen's advice or my own should be working, i dont understand why it isnt. I'd be more tempted to google it and see what it says.

I brought my ipod to a friends house and reset it there and now it isn't frozen, but it still says it won't connect to iTunes. I've googled and researched plenty but nothing seems to work.

That's because people are noobs. I've jailbroken at least 10 ipods. Only one gave me trouble (my own fault). Simply putting it into recovery mode and re-downloading itunes fixed it.

I fixed it on my friends iTunes but it still wouldn't recognize my ipod on my itunes, so I retsrated my computer and unplugged the power and then I restarted iTunes and it worked. I'm still going to try re-jailbreaking it lol.
