How many batteries to power my project?

Hello everyone,

I haven't posted much on here because work and school, which have also kept me from learning much about the Arduino.
However, I'm doing my best to start a new project, of which I desperately need help with when it comes to the Arduino, coding, and adding power to get it working.

Basically, I will be using....
2 of these servos... http://www.robotshop.com/hitec-hs125mg-servo-motor.html
2 of these lasers... https://sites.google.com/site/dtrlpf/home/diodes/445-m140-didoes... using this driver...http://www.cajunlasers.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=86
An RFduino... http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1608192864/rfduino-iphone-bluetooth-40-arduino-compatible-boa
And these batteries... http://www.ebay.com/itm/271101024527?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

With these components, I would like to know how many of the batteries I posted I would need to power the RFduino along with the servos and lasers of which will be connected to it. And how I would go about figuring that out.
Also,I'm going to need help writing a code. I'm certainly not asking anyone to write it for me, but if I can get some tips on what I should make sure I do or a link to a good online class on writing code for Arduino, I would greatly appreciate it. If there is anyone I can message personally from time to time when I get stuck, I would appreciate that as well.

I will also be using the upcoming MYO gesture control armband. This entire project will be a gauntlet that is controlled by gestures I make.

Thank you for the help
