help with making a PCB (preamp board)

I am curious if anyone here has the ability to take a schematic and turn it into a
board file or even produce a PCB.

The schematic in question is a pre-amplifier for a scintillation detector.

I'd really appreciate if someone here would be able to generate this board file.
I'll gladly pay for your time to create it. It's not an overly complicated circuit but it requires a little understanding of how a 3 stage amplifier works and HV.

I don't have the time right now to work on it as I have just taken a new job.

I need the help. I intend to go uranium hunting as soon as May, I think so this amp will be put to great use.

You can create the schematic and then convert it to a board file with EAGLE. Once you have the board file, you can get it made through companies like oshpark

That's nice. I have tried Eagle out and I really need to consult someone who's more proficient with it than I am.
I don't have the luxury of time to play with the program.
