ive got all the parts for 10 kit or so but ive got drama's with the PCB that i cannot quiet figure out.

Well count me in for 1 if you can figure out the PCB issue. Will you be able to make the breakout spike for my other SSTC?

no worries, ill see if i can make it, 6mm diameter may be a bit hard to do, do you want steps in the side of the of spike? do you want a sharp point ontop?

Csn you make it 12mm wide and 100mm tall with the step sides and a point on the end? That should work for me. Currently I have a roofing nail as the breakout and the coil is performing much better.

The only way I can think of how to mount it. Some sort of rod say half the diameter of the spike that I can push through cardboard or plexi glass and then wrap the end of my secondary around. If that makes sense.

Yeah that should be enough to go through something and have enough remaining for me to wrap on the secondary wire.

Sigurthr has been applying his RF knowledge to the circuit i have, since last board was made Sig & I have made 8 revisions on the board! more to come.

I just picked up one of these on Ebay, this is a step up for me ... tesla coil plasma speakes are something I know nothing about. Electrostatics are more my thing but this a really nice piece ... so I hope to learn a lot out of this project.

You really need to dust these guys off, Fiddy. No reason to not finish it and make them available, if you've got the time and capitol to do so. (I still think the noise issue has to be exogenic.) I'm still available if you need any more help.
