Droid Bionic or the HTC Vigor

Hey guys! Its been a while since ive last been here. I have a question for y'all that i would like your opinions on. I currently have the OG Moto Droid, and the touch screen is going out, keyboard is beginning to break, and the battery blows. I found out that the Moto Droid Bionic is $150 on amazon.com, but i would like to wait for the HTC Vigor. The processor isn't really the issue, im planning on rooting it and overclocking it anyway, but its the screen. The screen will be beautiful if truly a 720p screen, but i will have to wait almost a month to get it, so im considering getting the bionic because of the state of my current phone. So, what is y'alls opinion?
