I went to radioshack once and asked if they had any breadboards. They looked at me like I was crazy and said, "breadboards? Like the boards you cut bread on? You'll have to go somewhere else for that."

Luckily I have a surplus electronics store only a couple miles away that has everything I've ever heard of.

I hope you know what you're doing in regards to safety. Make sure you discharge ALL capacitors inside of the monitor before you start working on it.

Radio Shack has always been a chain in search of a product line since the late 80's. Here in S. calif we have Fry's... Which is like a Radio Shack run by Dr. Evil.
