Just played the Bulletstorm demo...Hot Damn! I haven't been this antsy for a game release since Borderlands or Prototype! If you have the ability, try this demo, I urge you!

I've got over fifteen days total playtime in Borderlands, over six of them are on one profile. I loved it ;)

Have you tried the demo? I don't think it's fair to judge a game on just a trailer....


Edit: And I'm going to download the Vanquish Demo to be even fairer. Gonna try and pick up Borderlands GOTY edition today.

I played the Bulletstorm Demo twice two days ago. It´s fun for a short period of time, like Painkiller, Willrock, Serious Sam were, but I would never buy it.



Painkiller was much more fun (pic) :D



Edit: If you like Splattergames, take a look at Splatterhouse.

Just played through the Vanquish demo and it's fun, but not as fun as Bulletstorm was in my opinion. Just felt like it was trying to force action on you constantly, which can be fun at times. Just not really my cup of tea.

Btw, these are the games I currently own.
Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction + Naruto Shippudden 2 are on the way

The other must-played games like Vanquish, God of War 1-3, Grand Turismo 5, Assassins Creed 2 are owned by a friend of mine.


For 80% of them I paid less than $20, I got some of them for $12. Next project is Dead Space 2 and Crysis 2 :wave:

Nice collection. I'm borrowing Uncharted 2 on monday, in exchange for letting my friend borrow Uncharted 1. I've been told God of War 3 is incredible, and you don't need to have played the first two to enjoy it or understand what's going on.

I thought the Bullet storm demo got boring after 5 minutes kind of like DJNY put it. Its a little ridiculous and way too easy to play. I fell like you can use the leash to destroy anything in your path without shooting. There should be a 30 second delay between uses or something. The game play is too linear for my liking.

I played the Crysis 2 demo on Xbox and it was amazing. The only issue in Crysis 2 is the melee which only takes one hit to kill someone; it should take 2 hits to kill. I will probably just get Crysis 2 for PC because Xbox is garbage.

I am interested in Deus Ex Human revolution. I am sure somebody here played the original which was an amazing game. Deus Ex : Human Revolution - Welcome (the new one's site) I would recommend playing the original if you don't mind dated games but I am pretty sure it was named GOTY by several Magazines.

I also cannot wait for Mass Effect 3 and Gears 3 but I don't think those come out for a while. :)

Mass Effect 2 has been out for a while, though it was just released on the PS3 a week or two ago.
