Hi All,

LPF continues to grow and the site frequently has over 400 members online. I am please to announce that Peter (ped Laser Pointer Forums - Discuss Lasers & Laser Pointers - View Profile: ped) has been added as a moderator. We previously had a shortage of moderators in GMT / European time zones. Peter brings over 10 years experience moderating on a another forum. Congrats Peter, welcome to the LPF moderator team!

Best Regards,

-Avery

Oh no. Poor Ped! I hope you guys at least told him what a thankless job being a mod is. :eg:

At least now I can look forward to all the new threads questioning the "new" guy's actions. :crackup:

Seriously though, congrats and good luck! :beer:

Haha thanks.

As Ave mentioned, I was a MOD on another forum for 10 years, so n00bs are nothing new to me :eg: .

My warm welcome to the "WORLD OF MODS" Pete, :thinking: !!! We'll give you a week or two to figure out what that means, but after that, you best be on your toes, :scowl: !!! Just kiddin' Pete, we're GLAD to have additional help in this Dept. As fast as LPF grows, we can always use extra eyes :cool: to help keep the peace & perform all the other "mod-ly" (is that a word ?) duties ! The 10 yrs. Mod experience you already have, will be valuable help to you on THIS Forum :D. Get ready to;
#1, Keep your eyes on the prize
#2, Keep your ear to the ground
#3, Keep your nose to the grindstone
#4, Keep your hands busy, busy, busy

Now, see how long it takes you to be able to WORK in that position :na:

J/K Pete, WELCOME

I am not sure whether to congratulate you or feel sorry for you.:na:
