I had advertising in my pm today from huynhnhu9152.
Also installed within the pm is a tracker cookie.
Super annoyed no and makes me uneasy.

Got one too. The tracker cookie, how do you disable ? Is it something I should worry about? Thanks

I was just going to say, Olike was doing the same thing only via Skype. Freaking annoying.
Olike was/and still is actively collecting customer data for resale to their other store chains they belong to in Shenzhen as far as I know.
I got bombarded by online vendors after doing business with them the last time in mid-2013 after they changed ownership.
Never did business with them again after that!

Think I set PMs to "from friends only" a while back, so that's probably kept them out for me.

I did open the pm ( didn't know any better ) Thanks for your words of advice, hopefully by not clicking on the link I caught it in time ?? Any way to know if I did ?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~edit, I added him to my ignore list.

I turned off the ability for anyone to PM me unless already a contact, or added as a friend. Sorry for those who are legit, but I was getting attacked by a disgruntled formally banned member.
