trencheel, you need to be more active on LPF if you can. It's a shame to see some good old members not being on as much as they used to. I do admit there was a period where I wasn't feeling lasers AT ALL, but now I've started to once again spend hundreds on them & feel normal, yay :gh: :D

I think it is 50 W 589 nm laser guide star system and one dead kitten for 10K rep power. :D Unless you are god. :crackup:

I'd be happy with a 10 watt 589 nm laser, 5 watt and 1 watt but more is better.

I can't even find a 1 watt golden star laser anywhere yet. God, if I had a 50 watt 589 nm yellow laser! That would be heaven on earth for me. How many hundreds of thousands of dollars are those?

The Gemini telescopes 50W LGS set them back $3.7 million. But that was specialist. The VLT's setup supposedly set them back $5.7 million.
I found a 1W 589 for only $12800. :D

GULP!

I want to see one myself, I've never seen even a 50 mw in person, only photo's. Here's how I would probably react to seeing a 50 watt 589 nm golden star beam

50mW of 589 is amazing. You should definitely look into getting a Spartan. It is the best we can get ATM. :p
