Reducing spam registrations/0 post members

i added an image verification setting in order to help reduce spam registrations

hopefully this will be helpful - i will also be cleaning out some of these accounts now that i can hopefully clean them at a rate faster than the spam accounts are registered (thanks to the image verification)
