If i were to take apart my 360 and switch the current sled with a PHR-803T, would it be able to read HD-DVD movies and play PS3 games? That would be amazing...

Not sure, really. I dunno if it would be possible to replace the sled and still have it work at all.

Nope, just take the diodes out of both of them, throw the drive away, and play with the laser, it will be much more entertaining than watching HD-DVD movies or playing PS3 games.

I already have a PHR-803T Laser, and i am currently working on another one. Now, all i need is PS3 games and HD-DVD movies ;D

also, this board is for help with the forum, or suggestions to improve the site, not about lasers or xboxes.
