This forum has been goin for quite a while, isn't it about time we should get some new themes?

Maybe we could get a move to phpBB and get some of the huge number of available themes for it?

Extra themes will be nice to suit other peoples taste as for me being an astronomer this black theme is the one I will use, reason being is that my eyes stay fairly dark adapted..
I want this theme to remain and would welcome some more to be added....

Methinks that Lee watches the threads too closely sometimes....hehehehehehe I will have to find out what type of alert feature he is using to set off alarm bells whenever that word, or colour (spelled "Timelord style" just for you, man !) is mentioned....he's pretty damned tricky, he is.....

Actually none of them really stood out.
As an option, I have a VBulletin license that I'm not using, You are more than welcome to used it. VB is the best as far as Forum software goes.
I also have a bunch of Themes that are paid and free.
I am able to customize the graphics of any themes you use.
If your interested, Just Let me know.

don't think will be converting to another forum, main reason being yabb is very secure and stable. also i wouldnt want to risk messing anything up. vbulletin is great but there is no way to convert to it from yabb. if i did do this i would buy my own license, thanks for the offer tho heh.

it is possible that i will upgrade to yabb 2.2 eventually, but not until it is proven to be extremely stable and secure.

Yea, even if there was software to convert to VB, its still a PITA to do and most are buggy as hell.
I might mess around and DL the default theme and modify it, Just to see what I can do with it.

I'm with you on that c0ld if it ain't broke then don't fix it. Wait until YaBB 2.2 is more established...

im working on an experimental new template for the forum called icerealm2

note that this template uses some special effects that might cause firefox and internet explorer to use more memory. those of you with faster processors and more ram in your computer probably woln't notice any difference.

this template will likely have many ongoing changes over the next week or so, if there is something i change that you liked that way it was let me know, or if something is bad and you like it more after i change it, feel free to let me know too
