mod agreement and updated Terms of use is complete

the legal stuff is done.

now the only thing left is i am testing some functionality out for moderators / what they can do / etc

i think it is realistic we will have mods in the next 4 days or maybe sooner

Great news! I see there has been much progress while I was gone
Keep up the good work Avery - I am currently prevented by snow from returning to Denmark and celebrating Christmas so instead I guess I can spend some time reading on the forum again, and perhaps sending you a little Christmas present to help with the legal fees you have had.
