There's a way around the URL redirect. I found it earlier. I'll post it once I figure it out again.

http://www.spectraforum.com/forum . That will stay up just in case, but any other URL requests should direct you to here. Just add the /forum if you need to go on there for whatever reason.

It's nice to see that Spectra Forum is still accessible.

I do have a suggestion, though. There should be some sort of message at the top of the page that tells users about the merge when they get redirected to LPF from SF. The message should look something like this:

Spectra Forum has been merged with Laser Pointer Forums (LPF). You will need to register an account on LPF (if you do not already have one) in order to post. If you have any problems, please contact an administrator.

That is very easy to do, even I could make a page that said that with a javascript redirect timed at 5 seconds. That way the message would come up for five seconds, then you would be redirected to here. If c0ld thinks this is a good idea I'll make the page if you guys want.
