Hmmm.... something new with the Forum.

Since this morning on our shop computer when I log into
LPF I get a bar that opens at the top of my FF browser
that reads...
"Additional Plugins are required to display all the
media on this page"

Plus the page now starts at the bottom of the LPF Logon
Page instead of at the top as it has been doing forever..

I rebooted by Shop computer and it was the same thing..
I decided to run a full virus scan on the Computer tomorrow
morning.

I just got to the house and logged onto the Forum and
the same message shows up.. So it's not a Virus or Bot
on my shop computer...

What has changed that I now need to install a plugin...
(that I won't install..)

I won't fix stuff that ain't broken...

BTW... once I'm logged onto LPF the message does not
show again until I close the LPF Page and log in again.

Could it be one of the adds on the page? Try updating your flash & java for the browser and see if it helps.

I'm not changing anything... My computers worked just
fine before..
They have not mutated...

most likely either due to

1) an incompatability with an ad ( i can't really control which ones show up, ad networks usually take down nonworking ads fast so if that was it ,it should be fixed soon)

2) a general issue with a version of flash on computer


this was not a result of any change i did , likely an issue with thirdparty adnetwork
