I've been getting a dialogue to re-submit a form (or not) when pages load especially on the buy/sell forum. when the dialogue come up it prevents any use of my browser. i am remiss to hit submit because i don't know what is causing it. eventually i have to try and close the window before the dialogue appears. it makes using the site a challenge. i am on a mac using safari. i suspect it has to do with the crazy amount of ads on this forum but maybe not. it seems to occur later on in the page loading.

I thought it was just something with my iPad. I'm getting it too!

I always have a choice to hit cancel (two or three times) and it goes away.

it's definitely a Safari issue, but only on LPF, and has been going on at least 2 or 3 weeks.

Hey guys I am also on a mac using safari and I was having the same problem as well and I can confirm that it is because of the ads. I went to the safari preferences and there is an option to use custom ad filters (ad blocker). I put the URL's from all the ads into the filter and it got rid of the problem and all the pages on LPF now load in under a second. I highly recommend it. You only need to filter all those random ads at the bottom of the page. The banners on the rest of the site are fine. I blocked these URL's and it fixed everything but there are others because the ads sometimes alternate so add those URL's as they show up. Good luck.

hey guys, i would advise trying the 'default style' layout instead of darkshadows v5 instead of blocking

hopefully safari will make an update to their browser to stop this problem as there is no real logical reason for the problem to be happening. doesn't occur for me in IE,chrome,or firefox on windows.

if anyone must block the ads, please consider donate a few dollars each month . LPF relies on ads for paying costs

thx for understanding
peace
