Change/Undo rep points?

I've accidentally left someone negative rep when I meant to give them a positive.. (don't ask me how I could make such a stupid mistake, it was like 4am on a friday night)

Is there any way to remove the rep I've left someone, or maybe edit it to a positive rather than a negative?
I tried leaving another, positive rep, to compensate, but it won't let me.. it says "You cannot change Reputation of this user at this time." :-/
I've PM'd the admin, but I get the feeling he doesn't actually do anything around here, and there's no mods I can ask... Is there anything I can do other than wait a week, leave pos rep, then wait a week, leave pos rep again?

You can always wait a week and positive rep the guy that you accidentally negative repped. :-/

i had to ask c0ld to edit one rep for me......how come we cant edit the rep comments we wrote?

unfortunately the reputation modification doesn't have the ability to allow edits. i do not make the modifications that i install on the forum since i am not a great perl programmer.
