I'm assuming its the trash bin, but why is it showing up all of the sudden?
 





on your desktop?
Could be a system setting if you knew when it was showing up try to restore to that point.
try this
Right click on your desktop and ensure that in "Arrange icons by" there is a tick next to "show desktop icons"
 
is normal,new board i added for mod communication to keep things organized and in one spot

No secret stuff. Just a discussion about things mods need to communicate to others such as no hasty or unnecessary bans by a mod who may be biased with a member or members involved with a situation.
