Apparently there is one in place here.
I tried to say just "LOL WUT" and it came out "lol wut".:yabbem:

LOL WUT!

It only filters when everything is uppercase.
I wrote all of this in uppercase
test

EDIT: COOL IT EVEN CAPITALIZES SENTENCES FOR ME.
