Is there any way of expanding the "jump to page" section at the bottom of long threads?

If I know something's on page 10, I have to click page 1, click page 3, click page 5, click page 7, click page 9, click page 10. (for example)

It might be nice if there was more than 4 links to pages or maybe a dropdown box with all the pages in it...

Just a thought.
